This ministry is a critical docket within the Church of God Seventh-day COGMERs.  It is an avenue through which the church grows. It is currently headed by Pastor Kariuki. It has offices at national, regional, and village levels. The ministry has identified key areas through which evangelism can be carried out:

  1. Full-time evangelists: These are Ient to various parts of the country to preach the third angel's message.
  2. National outreach: it is carried out twice every year, in February and August.  Members of the church camp in a particular area/ town, for several days to spread the good news about the kingdom of God. Normally, a site is chosen in any part of the country, and a date is set when the event will take place. Full-time evangelists are then commissioned to camp there for 3 months before the due date. The event culminates with the arrival of believers from different parts of the country to win souls for the kingdom of God. Such an approach has been very successful because most of the branches were opened through this system.
  3. Regional outreaches: The ministry encourages every regional/county office to hold evangelical outreaches in their respective areas.
  4. Outreaches at village level: Individual churches in every village/town should carry out evangelism in their respective areas.
  5. The youth body: Youths in the church commonly known as COGYOK play a major role in evangelism and therefore support this ministry in a great way. It is a very vibrant group in the church and it organizes outreaches on its own, at national, regional, and village levels.
  6. Evangelism during feast gatherings: Evangelical outreaches are always organized in all centers where members are gathered for the feast of Unleavened Bread and the feast of Tabernacles.
