As the church continues to grow, and more branches are being opened, new development projects cannot be overlooked. The ministry is tasked with the role of vetting and managing development projects within the church. It encourages and supports new branches to acquire land for church construction among other development projects.

It also encourages individual churches to be vibrant as far as development is concerned. As a result, all churches in every town/ village have their own development committees that propose, plan, and execute their own development projects. It is headed by Pastor Mureithi Mwaura.
